* If you prefer meat . .
Cooked Steak With Veggie (which . . everyone knows how to make)
(a) I usually stir-fry the vegetables [asparagus + eggplant (1 minute 40 seconds), spinach (7 seconds), bell peppers (20 seconds), tomato (1 minute), garlic (20 seconds)] with olive oil adding a little salt/pepper
(b) Boil the red potato (11 minutes), carrot (7 minutes), broccoli (12 seconds) and egg (11 minutes) adding a little salt/pepper with sliced avocado on the side
(c) I time to time replace beef (cook in the oven) with chicken or seafood (cod, shrimp, etc) . . Please view the photo below . .

(1) DoenJang (A fermented bean paste made of soybeans)
(2) GoChuJang (A fermented condiment made of chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans)
(3) Sesame Oil
(4) Garlic and Onion slightly pan-fried
(5) Sesame Leaf and Lettuce
(6) Kimchi
(7) Beef
(8) A mixture of brown rice, glutinous rice, sorghum, black beans and millet

하루의 중요한 식사는 “아침 식사”일 수 있습니다. 야근을 하시는 분들에게는 잠에서 일어나서 드시는 첫 식사가 이에 포함 된다고 합니다. 그 날에 따라 다르시겠지만, 어떤 경우에는 점심이나 저녁을 무겁게 드시는 때가 있으시고; 어떤 경우에는 점심이나 저녁을 거를 때가 있으시기 때문에 (하지만 하루 세 끼를 드시는 것은 중요하다고 합니다), 하루 일과를 시작하는 첫 식사 만큼은 최대한 건강한 식사를 하시는 것이 중요하다고 합니다 . . 우리 서로 함께 노력해요 . . 우리 자신이 건강해야지만이 . . 좋은 믿음 안에서 . . 우리가 하고 싶은 일들 . . 할 수 있으니까요 . . 언제나 건강히 . . 응원해요 . .

"Breakfast" is an important meal of the day . . As for people who work at night, it is the first meal you have after you wake up . . And because there would be times one has a heavy lunch or dinner; or have no lunch or dinner at all (yet, it is said it is crucial to eat three times a day), it is significant for us to have a healthy breakfast consuming daily nutrients as much as possible to maintain our health . . & to focus on what we need to do healthily & happily . . Deeply Hope we altogether make effort to stay Healthy Every day . . Cheers . .
